Continuing Care Program

Life changes.  And those changes often require us to re-evaluate the plans that we've made.  Life events, such as births, deaths, marriages, divorces, retirement, or disability, frequently lead to planning changes.  Over time, circumstances change.  Estate values may go up or down.  Named guardians or trustees may no longer be able to serve. You may acquire or sell assets or there may be changes in the law that positively or negatively impact your planning.  A comprehensive plan contains many parts working together to achieve your goal, and any one of these events may necessitate changes to your planning documents.

For these reasons and more, it is important to periodically review your plan to ensure it continues to meet your needs and operates as planned.  Our Continuing Care Maintenance Program is a cost-effective means to ensure your plan is up to date.  As a program Member, your benefits include an annual personal meeting to review your plan, educational workshops for successor trustees and personal representatives, approved amendments at reduced or no cost, annual review of asset titling, advisory support on funding issues, and planning benefits for our Clients' children.
